Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Junior Sales Representative to join our sales team and take ownership of the full sales cycle for assigned prospects and customers. Unlike our specialized SDR role, this position involves broader sales responsibilities including lead management, relationship building, deal progression, and revenue generation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across multiple stages of the sales process while building long-term customer relationships. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Follow-up 

  • Take ownership of inbound and outbound leads and nurture them through the entire sales process 

  • Conduct timely initial outreach to all assigned leads within 2-4 hour SLA timeframes 

  • Execute systematic follow-up campaigns across multiple touchpoints and channels 

  • Re-engage dormant leads through creative outreach and value-driven messaging 

  • Manage lead progression through all stages of the sales funnel 

Sales Process & Deal Development 

  • Conduct comprehensive discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals 

  • Present product demonstrations and customized solutions based on prospect requirements 

  • Develop and present proposals, quotes, and contracts for qualified opportunities 

  • Handle objections and negotiate terms within established guidelines 

  • Progress deals through the sales pipeline from initial contact to closed-won 

Customer Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts throughout the sales cycle 

  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, support, finance) to support deal progression 

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure positive customer experience 

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts 

Revenue Generation & Quota Achievement 

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for revenue and deal count 

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management 

  • Track and report on deal progression, win/loss analysis, and sales activities 

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and quarterly business reviews 

  • Collaborate with senior sales team members on complex deals and strategic accounts 

CRM Administration & Data Management 

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in Pipedrive CRM for all customer interactions 

  • Update opportunity stages, contact information, and deal details in real-time 

  • Document all meetings, calls, emails, and significant customer communications 

  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and performance metrics 

  • Ensure data hygiene and completeness for effective sales operations 

Required Qualifications 

  • 0-3 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates with strong potential welcome) 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience 

  • Previous customer service, retail, or client-facing experience strongly preferred 

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting goals and targets in any professional context 

  • CRM Expertise: Proficiency with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) 

  • Sales Tools: Familiarity with email automation, proposal software, and video conferencing platforms 

  • Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations (or equivalent) 

  • Communication Platforms: Experience with email marketing tools, social media, and phone systems 

  • Basic Analytics: Ability to analyze sales data and create meaningful reports
