Key responsibilities
Content Strategy: Research the industry & competitors in order to craft our Content Strategy that will be executed in collaboration with our Content Marketing Team.
Marketing Strategy: Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital media, print, television, radio, social media, and events.
Brand Management: Managing the company's brand identity and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research: Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
Marketing Collateral and Content Development: Overseeing the creation of marketing materials such as LP’s, brochures, ads, and videos.
Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives, and ensuring the best return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
PPC Strategy & Management: Developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Analyzing campaign performance to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CR).
Ad Copy and Creative Optimization: Working with the creative team to ensure compelling ad copy and design that maximizes ROI in paid search campaigns.
Keyword Research & Bid Management: Conducting thorough keyword research and optimizing bidding strategies to maximize budget efficiency for paid search campaigns.
Requirements
Experience with Content Creation & Copywriting.
PPC Expertise: Strong experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, as well as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Analytics Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics and other website analytics tools to track PPC campaign performance and other marketing efforts.
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and PPC advertising.
PPC Campaign Analytics: Skilled in tracking and optimizing PPC campaigns to achieve optimal cost-per-click (CPC), ROI, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field (but experience > degrees)
Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
