Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute on a content strategy for our brand, including:
social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok
newsletters and transactional emails
B2B and B2B communities
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure messaging consistency and develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
Plan and create our newsletter in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in developing and managing social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Expertise in creating and curating engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling and publishing posts (later.com, buffer, hootsuite etc)
Strong communication skills to monitor, respond to, and manage interactions in a professional manner.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track trends, insights, and performance metrics to inform data-driven strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Product) to ensure consistent messaging.
Ability to create basic designs that align with brand guidelines (Canva, Figma)
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
Creativity and initiative in identifying growth opportunities for social media presence and engagement.
Strong organizational skills to plan and execute internal newsletters in collaboration with multiple teams.
Experience in staying ahead of emerging social media trends and applying them to strategy.
