Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute on a content strategy for our brand, including:

    • social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok

    • newsletters and transactional emails

    • B2B and B2B communities

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure messaging consistency and develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.

  • Plan and create our newsletter in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and managing social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.

  • Expertise in creating and curating engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling and publishing posts (later.com, buffer, hootsuite etc)

  • Strong communication skills to monitor, respond to, and manage interactions in a professional manner.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track trends, insights, and performance metrics to inform data-driven strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Product) to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Ability to create basic designs that align with brand guidelines (Canva, Figma)

  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Creativity and initiative in identifying growth opportunities for social media presence and engagement.

  • Strong organizational skills to plan and execute internal newsletters in collaboration with multiple teams.

  • Experience in staying ahead of emerging social media trends and applying them to strategy.

  • Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
