Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute a social media calendar of high-quality content that aligns with marketing campaigns, product releases and company goals.
● Create and curate engaging content calendar for all social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok.
● Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
● Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
● Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure messaging consistency and develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
● Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
● Plan and create the internal newsletter in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
