Key Responsibilities

●      Develop and execute a social media calendar of high-quality content that aligns with marketing campaigns, product releases and company goals.

●      Create and curate engaging content calendar for all social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok.

●      Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.

●      Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

●      Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure messaging consistency and develop data-driven strategies and campaigns.

●      Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

●      Proactively identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement.

●      Plan and create the internal newsletter in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

 

Requirements

 

●      Proven experience in developing and managing social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.

●      Expertise in creating and curating engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

●      Proficiency in social media management tools for scheduling and publishing posts.

●      Strong communication skills to monitor, respond to, and manage interactions in a professional manner.

●      Analytical mindset with the ability to track trends, insights, and performance metrics to inform data-driven strategies.

●      Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and Product) to ensure consistent messaging.

●      Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.

●      Creativity and initiative in identifying growth opportunities for social media presence and engagement.

●      Strong organizational skills to plan and execute internal newsletters in collaboration with multiple teams.

●      Experience in staying ahead of emerging social media trends and applying them to strategy.

●      Thrive in working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
